Heatanalyser
Based on intelligent image evaluation, the heatanalyser enables the timely detection of glowing embers and hot objects, effectively supporting fire prevention and suppression in your facility.

In a world where the focus on recycling, the circular economy, and manufacturing cost savings is growing, the requirements for accuracy and speed in laboratory analysis are also changing. FlakeAnalyser 2.0 is a next-generation intelligent device that significantly streamlines the quality control process for plastic regrind and flakes.
By combining hyperspectral imaging (HSI) technology with artificial intelligence (AI), FlakeAnalyser can accurately evaluate the material type, its color, size, and volume – fully automatically, non-destructively, and in a fraction of the time compared to conventional methods.
While traditional laboratory measurements often require manual sampling, time-consuming preparation, and operation by qualified personnel, FlakeAnalyser handles the entire process on its own. From loading the material through measurement, evaluation, and data export to returning the sample back – everything takes place without human intervention.
Configure your solution according to your requirements and needs. If you are unsure about the right configuration, please provide as much information as possible in the notes field — for example details about your existing system, current sensor, or even a competitor’s product. We will be happy to help you find the most suitable RTT System alternative.
If your request is urgent, please let us know. We will do our best to support you and respond as quickly as possible. If all necessary information is provided, we can usually recommend an appropriate model with only minor differences.
If you need more information do not hesitate to contact us.
RTT System GmbH has specialized in state-of-the-art instruments for non-destructive laboratory and industrial material analysis since its founding in 2010. With 100% in-house development and manufacturing in Germany, we deliver solutions that combine precision, reliability, and easy operation.

Thanks to state-of-the-art hyperspectral imaging in the near-infrared (NIR) spectral range, FlakeAnalyser detects the detailed spectral “fingerprint” of each flake. This means the system can distinguish even very similar materials and identify hidden contaminants or color deviations before further processing.
FlakeAnalyser 2.0 uses advanced AI algorithms that can learn from your samples and adapt to different types of plastics. The result is continuously improving classification accuracy and minimal error rates, even for visually challenging fractions.
A unique module for analyzing black and dark flakes expands quality control capabilities where traditional cameras fail. FlakeAnalyser evaluates even the darkest materials and provides detailed statistics on fraction size and frequency.
From loading the material to data export: all steps (vacuuming, dosing, measurement, sample return) are performed fully automatically. No manual camera setup, no delays – FlakeAnalyser saves time and operating costs.
