LNP® Probe
LNP® Probe Tips are high-precision measuring tips designed for indentation, contour, roughness, and other precision measurement applications. The manufacturer offers variants made of ruby, carbide, and diamond in various geometries and dimensions.
The probe tips are compatible not only with LNP® measurement systems, but also with selected measuring instruments from other manufacturers. Depending on the application, either a standard geometry or a custom-designed tip geometry can be selected.
Probe tip materials: ruby, carbide, diamond
Ruby balls: from Ø 0.3 mm
Carbide radii: 2–250 µm
Carbide angles: from 30°
Diamond geometries: Berkovich, Vickers, Martens, and others
Compatibility: LNP® systems and selected equipment from other manufacturers
