Motorized X/Y/Z Axes
Travel ranges of 300 × 300 × 250 mm provide a large working area for automatic positioning of samples, finished parts, and multiple measurement locations.

Fully Automated Measurement Workstation for Mechanical Material Characterization
LNP® 323 represents the highest level of automation within the LNP Work Solutions range. It uses the high-precision LNP® nano touch sensor together with motorized X, Y, and Z axes offering travel ranges of 300 × 300 × 250 mm. This enables automated sample positioning, measurements at predefined coordinates, and extensive measurement series.
The workstation is suitable for research and development, quality control, and applications requiring high repeatability, a large working range, and minimal operator influence. According to the manufacturer, it can be used for applications including IRHD-M, VLRH, Shore, flexural modulus, Young’s modulus, hardness topography, adhesion, microtribology, rheology, and spatially resolved DMA. Availability of a specific method depends on the system configuration, probe tip, accessories, and measurement procedure used.
LNP® 323 is a fully automated workstation based on LNP® nano touch technology. Motorized X/Y/Z axes with travel ranges of 300 × 300 × 250 mm enable automatic sample positioning, extensive multi-point measurements, and repeatable measurement sequences with minimal operator influence.
LNP 323 combines the high-precision nano touch force-displacement sensor with a large motorized working range. This enables automated series measurements, property mapping, and repeated tests at predefined coordinates.
Travel ranges of 300 × 300 × 250 mm provide a large working area for automatic positioning of samples, finished parts, and multiple measurement locations.
The USB 3.0 camera with telecentric lens and LED ring illumination supports precise inspection of the measurement point and reproducible sample positioning.
The Advanced software is used for measurement control, data evaluation, and automated measurement procedures according to the selected system configuration.
The manufacturer specifies a wide range of standardized and analytical methods for LNP 323. Availability of a specific method always depends on the probe tip, accessories, software configuration, and measurement procedure used.
