The Dynisco 1496 and 1498 series temperature controllers are a solution for precise temperature control of extruders. With two DIN dimensions and more output configurations, the controller is suitable for temperature control for extruders. The 1496 (1/16 DIN format) and 1498 (1/8 DIN format) controllers can also be used in indicator-only mode, which allows one device to be used for all applications. Ensuring maximum flexibility for industrial process control. The 1496 and 1498 series have been designed for quick configuration to match application-specific settings and default parameters. Triple alarm settings are standard and can be used for process processes with high low value, deviation from SP,, logical OR / AND, loop alarm to ensure process control. All process alarms have adjustable hysteresis.
