Dynisco LMI6000 Series
new melt flow indexer with automatic weight lifting

The new generation Dynisco LMI6000 Series melt flow indexer takes melt flow index testing to a higher level of automation, safety and repeatability. Thanks to the electromechanical Auto-Lift system, weights no longer need to be lifted and handled manually during each measurement. This saves operator time, improves workplace ergonomics and helps make individual test runs more consistent.

Depending on the application, the unit can be configured as a Single Weight Lift version for one weight or as a Multi-Weight Lift version for working with multiple weights. The LMI6000 supports testing according to methods A, A/B, B, C and D, including intrinsic viscosity measurement for PET and materials according to ASTM D3364 for PVC. A large touchscreen display, upgraded hardware architecture, automatic sample cutter and the option to connect to the Dynisco IoT Cloud Console for working with measured data are also available.

PREMOSYS PR0086-S CIELab Color Checker
colour under control directly in the process

We are also newly introducing solutions from PREMOSYS for precise colour measurement in industrial applications. The PR0086-S CIELab Color Checker sensor is designed for checking material colour parameters – for example granules, films or other plastic products – directly in production.

The sensor works in the spectral range of 380–780 nm and provides outputs in CIE 1976 L*a*b*, Tristimulus XYZ, Yellowness Index, Whiteness Index and Delta E. With repeatability of < 0.05 ΔE, it is suitable for applications where visual inspection alone is not enough and where colour stability must be monitored numerically, continuously and reproducibly.

• CIELab / XYZ / Delta E: measurement in industrially usable colour coordinates.

RTT Flakeanalyser – intelligent analysis of PET flakes and plastic regrind

In the field of recycling, we will present the upgraded RTT Flakeanalyser solution for fast and non-destructive analysis of plastic flakes and regrind. The system uses NIR / hyperspectral imaging technology and a multisensor principle for material and colour classification of particles.

Flakeanalyser can evaluate detected objects according to material, colour, object and volume. The system also enables statistical inclusion of black and dark particles, weight estimation based on measured volume, fraction size determination, and automatic generation and archiving of measurement reports. Results can be exported to Excel, sent by e-mail or printed on a label printer.
