Custom-made smoke screen for polyClean12L "device. The system is fully functional and of course under warranty. Several tests have been performed. The device includes a basket for inserting parts. Adapter for pressure sensors. Air hose with regulation and air gun for cleaning (exhaust) polymer residues The system must be connected to a 380V / 32A socket (5-pin) and to a source of compressed air (fixed distribution or compressor with storage tank. Smoke extraction must be ensured (temperature 20-40 ° C).
The cleaned parts are simply placed in a basket and immersed in a fluid medium. The device takes care of cleaning the parts with a high temperature and without access to oxygen (no burning). The method is not abrasive and there is no material removal.
