Low Range Differential Pressure, Hazardous Location Approval

Viatran’s 574 Series differential pressure transmitters are extremely accurate and durable units, designed specifically for test applications. 574 comes with hazardous location option and has sealed external zero and span adjustments. The variable capacitance sensing technology provides extremely high overpressure protection, and long range stability, as well as high accuracy of 0.15% BFSL.

Flush Mount Sensor, 0-50 thru 1000 psi, Solid Machined Diaphragm, Sealed External Adjustments

551 is designed to provide rugged performance while measuring harsh corrosive materials. The sensor is a stainless steel machined diaphragm, with no oil fill. The zero cavity flush sensor provides an easy clean surface with no clogging. Magnetically coupled external adjustments prevent fluid ingress while providing a rangeable, field adjustable solution.

Secondary Containment to 40K, Hastelloy Wetted Materials, Hazardous Location Approvals

572 is designed with a secondary containment pressure feature which can withstand 40K of pressure. Available ranges from 0-100 thru 20K, designed for safety critical applications in oil services. Sealed external adjustments are standard with this model, and a wide variety of electrical and process connections are available as options.

Viatran’s Model 544 is a low pressure gage transmitter designed for precise measurement in hazardous locations. External adjustments allow for field calibration and ranging to provide measurement flexibility.

HART® output, 0-100 thru 100K psi, Hazardous Location Approvals

Designed for applications including offshore oil rigs, oil production platforms, natural gas pipelines and rig safety systems, 970 uses a solid machined stainless steel diaphragm.

Sealed External Adjustment, Hazardous Approvals, 0-100 thru 100K psi

571 is Viatran's answer to the requirement for Hazardous Location approvals with external sealed adjustments. 571 is rangeable, offering the user flexibility if measuring different pressure levels.

mv/V output, Hazardous Location Approvals, 0-1.5 thru 5K psi

848 is a mv/V output, oil fill sensor with hazardous location approvals. In ranges from 1.5 to 5K, the 848 is available in Vacuum, Absolute and Gage formats to cover a broad spectrum of applications.

0-5 Vdc, Hazardous Location Approvals, 0-1.5 thru 5K PSI

748 has hazardous location approvals, optional zero and span adjustment and can measure pressures as low as 1.5 psi. Compound ranging, negative outputs, a variety of pressure and electrical connections are examples of options that are available to customize the 748 to your exact requirements

mA output, 0-3 thru 0-5K psi, Hazardous Approvals

548 has the approvals necessary for use in hazardous areas. Viatran offers a variety of standard options and our ability to modify our products provides flexibility to meet your specific application needs.

870 employs a solid machined diaphragm sensor which provides a rugged and reliable solution with excellent repeatability and resistance to pressure spikes. 870 hazardous approval options include Intrinsically safe and Explosion proof for US, Canada and Atex.
