Model 592 Detachable level sensor
The Model 592 removable level sensor allows for quick sensor changes without removing the installed cable. No special tools are required. Simply pull the sensor out, unscrew the sensor coupling sleeve until it no longer engages, then simply separate the two halves.
Regular 592 ranges are available with a 2-day pull through Viatran's RapidShip program.
The 592 is constructed from a high temperature polypropylene (PP-HT) housing and 316L stainless steel sensor, with a polyurethane cable as standard. Various cable materials and o-rings are available.
It is used to measure the level and depth of the liquid, it is water, waste water, reservoirs and dams, in rivers, in ponds, wells, in underground / above ground reservoirs and with the function of measuring reservoir stocks.
Ranges from 0-40" WC through 15' WC have a combined accuracy of +/- .50% FSO
Ranges greater than 15' WC have a combined accuracy of +/- .35% FSO
Viatran also offers a complete range of accessories for use in application levels such as surge protectors, cable hangers and weights, meters and junction boxes.
Replacement sensor heads and/or cables can be purchased separately
