PURITY CONCEPT V
SIKORA PURITY CONCEPT V je inovativní, optický offline inspekční systém určený pro laboratorní kontrolu plastových materiálů. Zařízení využívá vysoce kvalitní optickou CMOS line scan barevnou kameru s rozlišením 50 µm pro detekci různých typů kontaminací – jako jsou „black specks“, barevné odchylky, bílé skvrny a jiné povrchové nečistoty – v průhledných i barevných plastových granulátech, flakes či testovacích deskách.
Proces inspekce je automatický a během několika sekund poskytuje detailní vizuální výsledky na monitoru i barevně označené výsledky přímo na vzorku. CCA navíc generuje souhrnný testovací certifikát s informacemi o počtech, velikostech a barevném spektru detekovaných kontaminací, což usnadňuje kontrolu kvality materiálu, jeho uvolnění pro výrobu nebo dodávku.
