PT46X5 Series

The PT46X5 Series transmitter is a +/- 0.5% sensor ideal for general purpose melt pressure measurements requiring simple installation, repeatability and reliability. The PT46X5 transmitters provide the industry standard 0 - 5 Vdc amplified signal designed to work with DCS and PLCs, 1 - 6 Vdc outputs are also available. The PT46X5 comes equipped with zero and span pots to adapt the transmitter to process conditions. Optional thermocouple or RTD configurations are available to provide melt temperature. The PT46X5 features a 1/2-20 UNF thread for installation in standard transducer mounting holes and can be supplied with a variety of electrical connections.

The PT46X5 Series includes models PT4605, PT4625, PT4635, TPT4605, TPT4625, and TPT4635.

UPR 900 Panel Indicator

The Dynisco UPR900 is a compact 1/4 DIN process indicator. The UPR900 can display your preferred production process values. Optional secondary input for displaying the temperature or pressure of the polymer melt all in one place. The secondary input can be a strain gauge to measure the differential pressure in the process. The UPR900 contains two standard assigned alarms with the option to add a third alarm.

PPS1210 calibration pump

The PPS1210 pressure calibration pump with heated pressure port enables fast and accurate inspection of melt pressure sensors directly in the laboratory or directly in the factory. Thanks to its compact dimensions, it is easily portable.

VPC 999084 Transducer Simulator

Model VPC-999084 simplifies the on-line troubleshooting of Dynisco strain gauge transducers, signal conditioners, and indicators. Its out-put can be varied in 20% steps or via a variable trim pot.
 

Transducer Mounting Hole Cleaning Tool Kit

Installation of transducers into improperly cleaned or sized holes is one of the major causes of damage to these instruments. With this kit, the .312" tip diameter hole, the 45 degree seating surface, and the .451" hole can be cleaned. The kit includes a gauging plug which is used to verify that the hole has been correctly machined and cleaned. M10 and M18 cleaning kits also available.
 

Transducer Mounting Hole Machining Tool Kit

The Dynisco Transducer Mounting Hole Machining Tool Kit contains all of the necessary drills and taps to prepare a standard 1/2 - 20 UNF transducer mounting hole and the 45 degree seat. All tools included in this kit are made of premium grade, high strength tool steel. Care should be taken in the use of proper speeds and feeds, lubricants, and a method to assure continual alignment of each progressing tool. M10 and M18 kits are also available.
