RTT System GmbH was founded in 2011 as a continuation of RTT Robotertechnik-TRANSFER GmbH. The company’s original focus was the series production of reverse vending machines and the custom manufacture of components for third parties. In 2013, the company entered the field of quality analysis by developing the first version of the flakeanalyser system. The success of this product was pivotal for the company’s restructuring and new strategic direction in 2022. The company’s motto is: “Analytics With All Senses”.

What RTT System addresses in practice
In recycling and manufacturing, material quality often changes over time, and it is essential to quickly identify unwanted impurities, color deviations, or composition changes. RTT System focuses on quality control across multiple industries – with a particular emphasis on plastics recycling, as well as metallurgy and the food industry.
The core is the proprietary RTT detection module – a high-resolution sensor system for the simultaneous detection of materials and colors as well as 3D shapes. Sensor data is transferred as raw data to the evaluation unit, where it is analyzed using modern AI.
