Company Introduction - RTT System GmbH
RTT System GmbH is the second spin-off of RTT Robotertechnik-TRANSFER GmbH, an innovative Saxon manufacturer of specialized machinery with a tradition spanning more than 30 years. The oldest part of the company, RTT Robotertechnik-TRANSFER GmbH, primarily focuses on automating assembly and production processes to optimize customer production through specially designed applications. To concentrate on specific future markets, technologies suitable for serial production have repeatedly been separated from customer-specific special machine construction.
In 1998, RTT Steinert GmbH emerged from a specialized machine. This company has been successfully active in the global market for recycling and waste management, thanks to the development and construction of optical sorting systems for the separation of plastics and paper. RTT System GmbH, founded in 2010, focuses on tasks in the field of analysis and detection beyond the sorting technology sector.
Following the development and installation of machines for the return collection of beverage containers, RTT System GmbH has now introduced a new family of devices for quality control and material analysis of small bulk materials. This product line enables the classification of a wide range of materials based on their color and material properties. The Flake Analyser is specifically designed for analytical tasks in the field of recyclates and fine mineral particles.
